TFT type liquid crystal display is relatively complex, mainly composed of fluorescent tubes, light guide plates, polarizing plates, filter plates, glass substrates, alignment films, liquid crystal materials, thin mode transistors, etc. First, the liquid crystal display must first use the backlight, that is, the fluorescent tube to project the light source. These light sources will first pass through a polarizer and then pass through the liquid crystal. At this time, the arrangement of the liquid crystal molecules will change the angle of the light passing through the liquid crystal, and then the light must pass through the color filter film and another polarizer in front. Therefore, as long as we change the voltage value of the stimulated liquid crystal, we can control the light intensity and color that appear after | so that we can change the color combination with different hues on the liquid crystal panel.
It is suitable for large-scale animation display and is widely used in notebook computers, desktop computer displays, LCD TVs, LCD projectors and various large-scale electronic displays.
